History

The construction of the Hotel Rialto started in 2001 with the renovation of a classic turn of the century townhouse.

Much of the building's original features remains together with the addition of modern features expected of a modern deluxe hotel.

The original construction walls and staircase remain from the original building.  New foundations, three additional floors, elevator, roof and windows were added, all of which were of the highest standards of construction, design and quality.

The hotel can also be seen as an intelligent building. Equipped with the very latest in safety, management and security systems. The project's conception was to create a modern hotel equipped with the latest technical solutions together with the spirit of the past and the luxury of the truly unique hotel.
